Her most recent Executive Director of Finance role was with the Manchester Health and Care Commissioning Group and more recently she has held Non-Executive roles with both Stockport NHS Foundation Trust and NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group.

Joanne is passionate about the need to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities and the importance of working in partnership with other local organisations to achieve this.
