Please note that, until further notice, the public trust board meetings will take place virtually and members of the public will not be able to attend. |
An annual general meeting (AGM) is a yearly gathering between the shareholders of a company and its board of directors.
During an AGM, a company’s performance is analysed and its future strategy is discussed. This is an opportunity to question the board, get answers for around performance and challenge them on the direction of the organisation. Equally, an AGM is a time to praise good returns.
