East Cheshire NHS Trust is currently advising visitors to Macclesfield District General Hospital to take extra precautions following an increase in norovirus cases within the local community.
The Trust welcomes the findings, which will support ongoing improvement work. Maternity Services have retained a ‘Good’ rating, with positive feedback from women and families, while further improvements are planned for Medical and Urgent & Emergency Services, supported by the continued dedication and compassion of our staff.
