The Service Redesign team support staff to develop and improve the services they provide for patients by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to enable them to drive through changes and improvements.
We aim to:
- Enable and support the defining, redesign and delivery of organisational change that will lead to continuous Quality Improvement
- Facilitate improvement events
- Maintain and share an evidence base for improvement
- Deliver improvement training and capability development
We support the delivery of service improvement across acute and community settings. Complimenting this we deliver training, presentations and tuition in service improvement equipping operational staff with business change skills.
